Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for our new VP training program called Next Level. Our company, Kinder Morgan, is a midstream pipeline company and contains a mix of field and corporate people, so please no suits or ties in the logo. The program is designed to help new VPs understand their new role and how to successfully transition as members of the executive leadership team. We would like to use this logo to brand our internal PowerPoint presentations, communications, and other documents, but it will also need to be sized to work in the parameters of a digital badge - 600x600 or 2048x2048(px). Approved colors for our company is included in the attachment. Please do not use the company name or other images associated with the company (i.e., lightening bolt) as that is not approved by corporate communication to be included in these types of logos.
