Graphic Design Brief

I want an eye catching poster design for a new bar.

I've attached a rough draft of the poster. All the elements (text, rainbow - with only six colours - astronaut - who is Syd Barret, founder of Pink Floyd, and capitalisation of the words should remain the same).

The poster should be colourful and have a 60s/steampunk vibe.
