Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a sleek, minimimalistic universal logo for "Bayland".

Bayland consists of 3 different companies that provide these services:
- Property Management (rentals, maintenance etc)
- Snow Removal (largest residential in the area)
- Lawn Care Services

Each company has a separate logo that we would like to form into one universal logo.

We are looking for mainly the word with slight alteraton to make it unique and good to be on letterheads and uniforms alike. We are not looking for a separate logo apart from the word Bayland.
