Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a medical aesthetics practice based in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. Services include injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers), skincare, weight loss, longevity; goal is to maximize people's sense of well being and focus on natural results. The practice name is Stem Aesthetics. The word Stem symbolizes possibility of new growth as well as referencing stem cell therapies. Simple, gender neutral, "organic" appearing - not too modern/stark but not scripted/scroll/cursive. Please incorporate graphic of a stem (?possibly as part of the "T" or utilizing it as a separator or frame element?...The stem could even be build/constructed of cells?...) The office is painted "Ecological" by Behr (a mossy/dark sage green), so would like this to be incorporated into color story; perhaps combined with a navy or other type of blue/green and/or browns/tans.
