Logo Design Brief

I need a gauge and needle with the needle pointing from 0-10, so 11 different images. 0-2 will be in GREEN, 3-6 will be YELLOW-ORANGE, and 7-10 will be RED. The gauge should reflect 20% Green, 40% each for yellow-orange and red.

This will be used to display a score from a quiz about vein disease.
