Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new private equity real estate company focused on physician-owned real estate in the United States. The name of the company will be Stasis Physician Partners. The company name is derived from the medical/biological term 'homeostasis' which is defined as "a self-regulating process by which a living organism can maintain internal stability while adjusting to changing external conditions".

We seek to invest in physician real estate by partnering with physician groups to achieve a "homeostatic" balance between the practice, the physicians, the real estate investors, and the constantly changing exterior market conditions. The company will have a mandate to always act in the best interest of the physician groups we invest in.

I have attached example logos that I like. I'd like the company colors to be navy blue, red, grey, and white however I'm open to Pantone or other color suggestions along the lines of the colors above.

I'd like to incorporate this symbol somehow: ⇌ . This is the equilibrium symbol in a written chemical equation. So in terms of physiology (the chemistry of biology), this symbol can be used to show homeostatic relationships in living organisms. So this symbol will be the tie back to the name of the company. Bonus points if you can make a logo including this symbol and putting a medical twist on it somehow.

I really like the font of the logos I attached and don't want to venture too far from that font.

I want the logo to convey trust, true partnership, and innovation in a clean professional and bold way.
