Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new cloud-based marketing agency, called Qincade, that aims to help life science, biotech and medtech companies achieve full-funnel lead generation and nurturing excellence through a sophisticated content marketing strategy. We are promoting marketing that honours the uniqueness of the scientist. We'd like to see designs that are memorable, relevant and speak to the market we're working in, and that are both versatile and timeless. We love to see two colour palettes for the logo, one in green / blue / grey and one other that works for the brand and sector. The inspiration behind the name came from the Scottish Clan 'Kincaid' which means 'battle leader or head of the battle'. We've also chosen to spell it like this because it incorporates 'Qi' which is the vital energy circulating around the body. We love the 'Q' we have used in 'Qincade' in the presentation, so having a logo where the Q would work as a standalone would be great, or even somehow symbolising the Qi. The logo need to be used as a black only / white-out; as a small square on social posts and in an email signature. If we're happy with the design we'll consider coming back for other design elements or iconography for the website, a powerpoint slide deck etc
