T-shirt Design Brief

Our non-profit organization has 1,600 volunteers that help us raise future guide dogs for individuals who are blind or have low vision. I'd like to create a line of merchandise that caters to our volunteer puppy raisers. Our dogs are primarily Labrador retrievers, Golden Retrievers and Standard poodles. I'd like a simple yet impactful design that captures the bond between a future guide dog puppy and their volunteer puppy raiser. There's a quote that says "Inside every successful guide dog is the heart of a puppy raiser." I'd like something that would encompass that in a design for a t-shirt and other merchandise sold at our stores. I'd like the logos to be somewhere in there as well. I've attached our logos and some images of our volunteers. Puppies and dogs should be in a puppy raising vest like the attached.
