Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new LLC based in Maryland called 'Nova Libella'. The company provides executive and leadership coaching to individuals in the corporate or organizational setting, to help them enhance their leadership skills, achieve their professional goals, and maximize their potential while also enhancing their personal growth and development. The logo should emphasize 'nova' to represent the growth and transformation that occurs as a result of coaching. We would not like the depiction of a nova explosion. It may also reflect 'libella', the idea of level or balance without the use of a scale. A modern design is desired with the colors blue and gold.
