T-shirt Design Brief

I will be celebrating my 60th birthday, with 20 family members and friends, in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. The trip will be for 4 days and will include a day at Dollywood and other group activities.
I would like a premium T-shirt designed using the attached artwork with words such as:
“est 1964” (year I was born)
“Look whoooos turning 60”
“Wiser with time”
I am thinking the shirt will be printed on a navy blue or a white color shirt. Colors of the font should complement of match the eyes of the owl.
“The Prize for Aging is Wisdom”
“Age (2) = Wisdom”

Must have

• "Wes' Birthday Celebration / 2024" should be included somewhere on the T-shirt - perhaps on the front left side above the heart with a small version of the owl. Then allowing the back of the shirt to have the larger owl, with "est 1964" in small font below the owl with a quote somehow surrounding the owl.
