Infographic Design Brief

Looking for an infographic designed to fit 1920 X 1080 screen. Also, should be print ready as well.

Background: We help gym owners by offering a combination of web design (primary service) print promotional material that they can use and business coaching in the form of fitness business marketing strategies and campaigns. Our goal is to help gym owners get more clients.

We'll be hosting a webinar and I want to illustrate the following phases.

Phase One: Creating a valuable offer that attracts people who are interested in a solution that will help them get fit.

Phase Two: This is the promotion and marketing phase. This is where the gym will run various campaigns that promote their offer. We believe that there are only 3 ways to promote a gym and we call these the 3 gym marketing buckets. I would like to illustrate this. If it helps, the buckets are... relationship marketing, digital outreach, and print advertising.

Phase Three: Identifying opportunities. This is where people respond to our advertising efforts, take action, and become a fitness lead. We typically do this through a simple optin form on their gym website (which we will design)

There are now a few routes from there. We want to get a commitment. A commitment to actually come in to the gym. We do this with a 2 step process to try to get instant commitment. The first step is the previous optin form and this immediate next step is a booking calendar where they can schedule a time to come into the gym.

Another route is that they do not book an appointment on the spot. Since we have their contact info from the optin form, this is where we follow-up (phone, text and email) to get a commitment to come in. This is a delayed commitment.

So, the 2 options are either an instant commitment (ideal scenario) or a delayed commitment (not ideal but the emphasis is not on the follow up process)

Once they schedule a time to come in, we want to get them into the gym. This is where a secondary follow up system come in. This is basically a friendly reminder sequence to minimize no shows. Minimize no shows should be emphasized here.

Once they come in and take advantage of the offer, the main goal is to get them to convert into a paying gym client.
