Logo Design Brief

This is a new company run by a physical therapist who will be focusing on stretching sessions and improving range of motion, general feeling of well being and optimal function for clientele. Looking to appeal to middle age people, both male and female. Looking to appeal to similar clinetele who would also pay for a massage therapists. Serotiny is a botanical term referring to latent germination that occurs after an environmental stressor, like fire. I would like the logo to convey this idea, improved function can still grow after experiencing sedentary lifestyle, injury or aging. The company focuses on evidence based practice and is run by a Doctor of physical therapy, although certified stretch therapists will be employed. It is starting off small with the idea of hiring other therapy disciplines including massage and occupational therapy etc. I am also open to the idea of Serotiny being the main word, and underneath body therapies (instead of as pictured below Serotiny Body Therapies being in all one sentence). I have in my mind the graphic that spans around the name, but I am also open to something more simple. I am hoping to use the logo for marketing and maybe for putting on merchandise.

Should not have

• Please do not include trees with leaves, or leafs in the logo. The tree that undergoes serotiny is a pine tree.
