Logo Design Brief

Hi! I am looking for someone to help me create a logo for the Irish pub restaurant that is next to the 18 hole golf course at Saint John's Resort in Plymouth, Michigan.

We already have the attached logo, and we like it, but it needs some tweaking. We are looking for someone to create a shamrock with the golf tee as a stem of the shamrock. And we like having the golf ball in the middle. The attached one has too many harsh lines at the leaves. We like the gold touches if you do, but the leaves need to look real and 'easy.' As for where the ball is, we like that, too, but the white line under the ball is too thick. All the lines on the shamrock need to look more intentional and less stark.
