The character i am looking for needs to be a build of a military drill Sergeant and be almost human like

The team do not like the sunglasses and felt he look to much like a police officers than a drill sergeant. They also felt like the body shape was to awkward, his lower body did match the upper body. I am not sure how to fix the stlye I'll leave it up to you. Can i also see the character as an African American as well.
