Logo Design Brief

Need to create a logo image and font for my business.

It's important that the logo image is separate from the name "BRN Development" so that I can use the logo image without the name.

I would like to use the same color scheme of the three shades of BLUE as the main colors, however, the font and layout can be different than what is attached.

BRN Development, develops real estate. Primarily focused on Industrial, Manufacturing and Warehouse buildings throughout the United States.

I would like the Logo Image to reflect some sort of industrial type building, not residential. No homes or roof lines like a home or representing residential real estate.
