We are rebranding a brand new luxury apartment complex. We want a logo that is modern, upscale, and appeals to your professionals. The property is located in a suburb just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are open to logos just using the words, but also would like to see some logos with an icon and words. Maybe something with abstract arrows or the N in North pointing with an arrow. (See the attached sketch.)
