Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design to put up on my website, LinkedIn, but also for invoicing, and email signatures.
I'm a personal coach, and my goal is to help people find their strength and develop themselves, using empathy, humor, but also structure, and personal responsibility.
My motto is: the steps you take need not be big, just in the right direction.
I like modern designs minimalist design, but I also like clever. I mean that it would be nice to surprise the viewer that takes a little time to look at the logo.
