Card Design Brief

Looking to design baseball cards for my employees. Trying to replicate famous baseball card design with swapping in an employee and listing there stats and fun facts. These cards will be inserted into boxes so customers can receive with their orders. Cards allow customers to put a face to the name they've always corresponded with, which makes their experience personable and more memorable.

Looking for a front and back design template. We are open to the design, but would like it to resemble a baseball/playing card.
