Logo Design Brief

I require a logo for my personal website and to be used across all marketing platforms and communications.

I am a UK-based chef who currently owns four restaurants in London, Berber & Q, Shawarma Bar and Carmel. We are renowned for cooking food over fire, indeed our first restaurant, Berber & Q, is a grill restaurant that cooks almost exclusively using charcoal.

I also consult for other restaurant groups, including hotels.

I am the author of two cookbooks as well as running an events company, catering for a wide range of both corporate and private clients, cooking almost exclusively outdoor, over live fire, in large theatrical displays of live fire cookery.

I have a personal website (www.chefjoshkatz.com) which funnels potential clients to all of the various services I provide, as described above, for which I would like a logo that professionalises appearance.

The final design should be contemporary and communicate a sense of excitement, innovation, nature and the outdoors, aligned with my preferred cooking style and technique. It should be able to be carried forward for branding purposes across all social media channels and for content creation purposes.
