Logo Design Brief
I am looking to create a real estate logo. I would like a logo that is very simple. I included and example that I like. I want a logo then my name with commercial & residential real estate under my name. I would like a black and white logo. I DO NOT want any of the normal real estate logos with house illustrations, home keys, and windows that all real estate logos have. I don't like the Initials in the logo unless its very original and hard to read. The example has a very simple commercial building with residential building. I want something unique that would look good on a hat or tee shirt. Im open to other ideas and custom ideas.
Updates
I would like the logo to be black and white. I don't mind color but want to make sure I can have a black and white version too. I DO NOT want clip art for logos, or logos with houses that have chimney and windows. NO keys for real estate either. I don't want an INITIALS logo unless that initials were very subtle.
I really want an original logo that doesn't look like it came from CANVA. Not your typical real estate logo, but a logo that does say commercial and residential through an original drawing or something different. I DO NOT want all the building and house logos. I like the building and house idea, but not the clip art buildings.
