Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a Global (US + Europe) Quality Control organization. What should be emphasized is the "Quality Control".
See the attached preferred font and examples of company logos.
It should use the following colors, the company relies on the reds and grays as their primary colors.
RGB: 197, 32, 63
RGB: 84, 86, 91
RGB: 137, 138, 141
RGB: 60, 88, 127
RGB 45, 66, 95
RGB: 32, 54, 98
RGB: 255, 255, 255
Would like several elements considered: The "Q" and "C" highlighted like on the attached file, which shows how the team is global. The team is an analytical team, so the magnifying glass as shown is also a nice element.
