Logo Design Brief

High-end real estate brokerage, design a logo. If it can tie in or play on the uploaded design, great, but not a must. It needs to be unique and easy to remember. Logotype should be able to be used by itself.

The company is international. Keep that in mind when submitting your designs. WE are foremost a real estate brokerage, but have landscaping and other home-related service companies under us, so have that in mind.

We like the blue in the logo that we uploaded, but we would like parts of it (maybe text) in a darker platinum to give a sense of exclusivity. Brand position is above Sotheby's International, so our target customer is in the upper end of the market.
