Logo Design Brief

I am looking to do something VERY similar to the raven logo with the square, but, then have trees within the square like in the other picture. I also like the way that the raven is perched on the square box in the first logo. I am open to seeing the raven looking towards us or away like it is in the logo with the square. We are a therapy business that provides mental health services to the community. Our values are honesty, integrity, hard work, and intelligence. Our colors are white, black, and a deep blue like the color provided in the upload files. We are leaning heavily to wanting a black and white logo though as we can't really see how the blue would look good in the logo.
