Logo Design Brief

I would like to make a logo ( vector one that i can edit and use for different purposes) for a company which is called Early Startups the domain is EarlyStartups.com and also we have domain EarlyStartup.com so i need 2x logos with S and without S. The company is for-members only private club which finds early startups and allows early investors to join particular startups at very early stages and someday make an exit from that IPO. it could be as an idea to show some kind of stock chart ( stylish) in the background showing growth, also EARLY could be linked to a clock, startups usually are connected to a rocket, but we are not sure we want to be accosiated with the rockets, maybe a stylish arrow/chart going up.. We would like the logo to be rectangular ( not square) we have many documents and websites to place it where the ratio lenght hight is like 3:1 or 2:1 even 4:1 so make it rectangular not square
