Graphic Design Brief

I need graphics designed for our summer camps event. These camps are for kids, 3rd - 6th grades. The design visual appeal should be geared to a 6th grade student who is 11 years old.

Primary graphic design is for a 11x17 poster.
Graphic should include the following:
-Please include cut and bleed lines.
-Main Title: SD NextGen presents . . . Summer Camp
-Dates: Kids Camp 1 - June 23-26; Kids Camp 2 - June 26 - 29.
-Register at SDSummerCamp.com
-Black Hills Retreat Center, Deadwood, SD
-Include the name and headshot/bodyshot of our speaker: Aaron Gruber
-Include SD NextGen logo

I will also need the images resized and redesigned for:
-a social media graphic

-Event Graphic should be attractive to older kids. Open to ideas. I want rich colors but not bright fluorescent. Do not include palm trees. Our location is in a pine tree forest in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Kid-friendly designs without being childish or goofy are desired. Abstract designs, geometric shapes, designs with depth and quality could be good ideas.

My graphic design experience is limited. I will need help receiving the files I need in the various sizes. Thank you.
