Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for a new business.
I have just closed my existing business of 42yrs and am starting a new building maintenance business.
I want the logo to be simple and easily read.
I want it to look professional. Not cartoony or yobbo. Look it up.
I need it for business cards, FB & website.

EDIT: I don't have time to give feedback to all designers. Sorry. I have also just learnt that giving low stars adds to your ranking. My apologies for the ones I have done this to. Some are great. It is just my personal likes. I will refrain from doing so from now on and leave them blank unless it is a 4 or 5 star.
I don't live in an alpine region. So having snow covered peaks doesn't fit. Plus I relate spanners to mechanics and plumbers. Not building maintenance.
I have also learnt from doing this previously that if I give a design 5 stars, I start to get a lot of similar designs. I will ignore any designs that are similar to ones I have already rated 4 or 5 star.
