Logo Design Brief

I need a logo and visual design (colour scheme, font, any patterns etc) to be used on a website and documents (PowerPoint, PDFs etc) for a business and IT advisory company called 'Towsu'. It is a services business offering experienced people in UK public sector IT delivery, strategy and change management. The design should communicate experience, precision, skill, insight and reliability. The name 'Towsu' comes from the experience on large projects that there are always a few people who really show up, physically and mentally, to make the difference; Towsu is for 'the ones who show up'.
