Logo Design Brief

Need a logo made for new business, mainly have photos of what I want. I like the font from the (Clark excavation) and the layout of the first picture with that exact skid steer. The colors we want to use are black background, charcoal grey, and lime green
I would also like to do the same style of the last picture but with the skid steer ( cat 299xhp ) from the first picture with the font from the Clark excavation.
