Logo Design Brief

Our company name is Swift Real Estate Solutions. We already have a website that we will be upgrading. The firm is led by a team of experienced industry partners. This request is for a logo and business card. We do not want the globe; we like the general color scheme but prefer a lighter color that will contrast more with the scarlet/maroon. (Please see the uploads.)
Our primary business is management of appraisals for *commercial* real estate clients. We also offer other commercial appraisal real estate related services including reviewing reports, providing testimony and general appraisal services.
We'd like to evoke: stability, reliability, functional, dependable, timely.
