Graphic Design Brief

I'm looking for a talented individual who can effectively capture the essence of our school's ethos by creating a vibrant and engaging interactive PDF for all staff meeting.
As a school Principal, I need to share important information with our teachers.
- The PDF should seamlessly incorporate roll over text to offer additional insights.
- The roll over texts should act as an echo for my words, providing summary and context to the details I speak about.
- Interactive elements are a key component in this project so proficiency in embedding videos, hyperlinks, and possible quizzes is a must.
Ideal candidates will have excellent graphic design skills and a portfolio demonstrating their efficiency in creating similar, high-quality PDFs. Experience in educational settings is a bonus.
