Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for our new company that focuses on providing all interior services from cleaning to full home renovation projects and everything in between. Our motto is "Your one-stop-shop for all indoor projects!"

We currently own a similar company that focuses on all outdoor services named LawnValue. I am attaching the logo for that. We do not want the same logo, but would like some slight similarities and similar colors so that you can tell they are tied together.
