Logo Design Brief

We would like a new logo design for our existing pest management business in Darwin, Australia. We currently have a logo that needs refreshing and an update badly. We pride ourselves on delivering quality customer service and solving the customer's pest issues. We would like to use the same colours as we currently have, but are open to small changes or suggestions. We have a secondary logo we have been playing around with, but are unsure how to proceed. Our logo should reflect the trust customers have in us and our old school values of integrity and service - most of our customers are repeat customers and we would like to expand our customer base.
