Flyer Design Brief

I need someone to create a robust set of Canva template designs for my real estate company team, to streamline content. I need a catalog for my agents to easily go in and pick from different designs and customize for themselves. The correct candidate can emulate the style found on these sites., and in the attached images. I want a fantastic sharp style that has great color blend and is attractive and matches my brand well.

The correct candidate will have access to my Canva Brand Kit and build templates inside of my account.
