I'd like this new logo to be black in color. We are a real estate investment company. Focusing on mainly single and multifamily housing. We want a simple logo, that has a separate icon involving the "3" or showing 3 "nail" type objects or a very simple house drawing of some sort. Would also like icon to have a hexagon type badge or something similar and simple.
