Tattoo Design Brief

I am looking for someone to convert this picture of a tattoo to an stencil so a local artist can do the inking.
Hebrew knowledge preferred but not needed.
Size should be around around 10cm by 10cm and the possibility to make it 7 by 7cm as well.
I’ll place the tattoo on my right inside forearm.
