Logo Design Brief

We have changed our website's header design since we feel our logo is taking up too much white space at the top. I'm looking for a new logo that fits inside the menu bar. I'm open to using just the text, depending on the design. We like to retain the same color scheme or something similar to our current logo. Also, we'd like to keep the font used in the current logo (style) unless I see something I like better. We've used this logo for the past ten years, and it has a personality we'd like to preserve. Additionally, we'd like to add the slogan "Since 2013" to the logo.

The Menu bar will be stocked at the top of the page. But the current logo doesn't allow it because of the design.
Our Menu background color is #24899c
The Logo must look good on that background.
