Logo Design Brief

I recently chose a logo that someone submitted to us that was stole. Please do not steal someones logo.

This logo is for a staff recruiting company overseas. We hire international workers for US companies. I want some type of globe in the logo but I also want it to be very simple. I want the logo color to be 2 different shade of purple, dark purple and a lighter purple. The company name is Unify Virtual Solutions. If we can incorporate two arrows somehow in the design showing that we are connecting people all over the world, that would be great. I would also be open to creating a logo with Unify Virtual Solutions incorporating a globe in it somehow, or just making it look cool.
