Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new business called : Impressions Loiselle
We are in the printing apparel business and we will print on t-shirts, polos, mugs, sweathers, coats and we will also engrave on tumblers, mugs, metallic cards and way more.

We don't have a dead set idea on what we want precisely for our logo but we have seen some design that included the cmyk colors and we liked it.
We do have things we don't like and we talk about them in the attach files. So please read carefully before you start designing.
We have include our initial draft created in canva with an icon for our logo using canva elements. We our not dead set on having an exact replica of this logo so feel free to use your imagination. We will be very on hands with the project and communicate with all of you on what we like and don't like until we are satisfied of the result.
We need a version of the logo for a black background. Here are the requierements for when the background is black...
the color blue hex: 00adee for the word : Impressions
the color white should be use for the word: Loiselle
If the icon use the color white like the include image for a black background color it will be fine.
We also need a version of the logo for when the background is white.
the color blue hex : 00adee must stay for the word: Impressions
the color black it can be hex: fffff for the word : Loiselle
If the icon use the color white like the include image for the white background color it should be changed to black.
