Logo Design Brief

Squash logo to go on all print media. File photo is attached and is based on the logo east coast squash academy. I really like this design but feel that it infringes on copyright rules. I like having both the male and female silhoette represented. I have included text for the logo but this is not to be permenant and would be removed or inserted as needed.
