Logo Design Brief

We need a clean and simple logo design for our company called Fiera. We are in the financial consulting business for small and medium sized companies, structuring liquidity and debt capital. After structuring we organize the needed capital in the market so that the client can take care of his core business.
The logo should show the name simply and can be capitalized or lowercase. We prefer discreet colors. An emblem / signet is also desired in addition to the company name. It should be able to be used individually without the lettering/company name e.g. in presentations, but should also be kept simple. I have added a few examples in the attachment.
The logo should signal: dynamic, young, modern, financial know-how. A font should be chosen where the name is easily readable. (not too round)
