T-shirt Design Brief

We do a t-shirt every year for our customers that are truck drivers and owners. This year's t-shirt is a memorial using a sketch of a driver's truck that passed away. I would like to have the truck on the back of the shirt with the memoriam details posted above it: "In Memory of Gavin Lyle Jones February 19, 1975 - September 24, 2023". I would like to credit the artist in the design also.
