Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo that represent a hill in Switzerland where herbs are grown and harvested for Herbal tea. This hill is part of the Pre-Alpes. It is not as high as Alps Mountains, but there is snow is winter and a lot of fir and pine trees.
I would like the Swiss flag to appear on the logo.
Gibloux Hills could be written on the logo, or apart from it.
