Label Design Brief

We need a logo and label design for a new coffee roastery in Italy, near Florence. We are real monks that roast coffee with wood. Very high quality. We would like to receive proposal for the logo "Italian Monks coffee" design and labels. In the logo design a monk in black must be present but it must not be something serious or sad. The logo must have the writing "Italian Monks coffee" more important and less important "Monastery of Silence". We like something similar to the attached logo but the monk can also be seen in the face and more smiling. Italianness could be expressed on the labels but not banal (see Tuscan mountains). About the label: Our customers must first buy the beauty of the package and labels and then taste the coffee. It could be something particular like the attachment that we really like or something modern. The important thing is that the labels must be beautiful, even colorful but sober and elegant. IMPORTANT: We will not design the whole package but only a label on a neutral black package as attacched. What is important now is not the size of the package but the idea.
Now we just need an idea. The winner will be invited to a 1:1 job to perfect the labels of the 7 blends.
