Logo Design Brief

I require a strong, bold logo for a remote hunting company. The elements I would like to use are: Moose antlers / Mountain Sheep horns (somehow blend the two animals together into one simple skull or head, much like my ARCADIA logo seen below). (a skull seems to be difficult to combine from both animals, so try combining it with the live animal heads from each....sheep and moose have different eyes, nose, and ears though, so try capturing this and keep the balance of the logo. Sheep eyes are more slanted and very observant, moose eyes more gentle and large. Moose noses are MUCH bigger, sheep noses small. Moose ears very large, sheep small. The colors can be differed between the two animals also for a splash of color in the logo. Dall Sheep are white (so could do white, light grey, dark grey, or cream color for the sheep head. Moose head can be dark brown, rusty orange/rusty brown or red. The moose antlers can be light grey/dark grey/ black, brown/ cream. The sheep horn can be the opposite again of the moose color....darker grey, black, cream etc.

The font must be bold and standout also. It can be straight font, or we can utilize the Horse Shoe into the "O" in Iron, and a compass/ north star into the "O" in North. This keeps the main logo cleaner, but try options in the logo and the font. I want as many elements needed as possible in the logo to be obvious. DO NOT make the north star up front and center, or put it on the forehead of the animal. It needs to be in the logo somewhere, but not the center of attention. This could even be somewhere on the horse shoe (or horse shoe nail holes). DO NOT make the horse shoe nail holes circles. They must be square or rectangular please. Make the horse shoe face upwards...not down. Down is bad luck, up is good luck. Use ONLY anatomically correct moose and sheep horns and antlers. Abstract animal types will not be considered. Seen below in the images are examples of what can be used.

DO NOT copy any existing images online and simply add to the logo, or I will delete them outright. Design your own variation please, even if only slight. DO NOT add deer antlers to this design. This is NOT what I need. Moose/ Sheep only, or even a caribou. NOT deer antlers. Please research this so you know what this is. I like basic color schemes.

I am thinking of using greyscale, black, and a version of orange like a rust color for the Iron. Play with different color schemes for me also please.

Try incorporating the compass and north star somewhere but not too obvious, but try an example as a horizon/sunset with the star/compass somehow? These will be primarily on hats and tshirts. So the logo needs to be clean enough for a hat for printing and easy visuals.

Try combining the horse shoe and compass into one simple design, to utilize in the font itself in the Os in Iron and North. The main logo can be focused on the moose/sheep for simplicity. If possible to add a mtn somehow, please do.

Another fun option to add could be a bush floatplane...flying above the mtn, or in the animal silhouette somehow.

The combination of the moose and sheep ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT elements of this design for me. Please try keeping this natural looking, not abstract, and not evil. I will not choose demonic or evil looking skulls, heads or horns. If I see this I will begin deleting them.

Must have

• Horse shoe, north star/compass, euro skull or natural live animal head moose/mountain sheep, Iron North name. Keep colors simple (Grey and rust color?) Do not make the north star the center of attention. It should be there nut not forefront and center and too obvious. Sheep and Moose antlers and skull MUST be anatomically correct, not abstract. DO not submit strange abstract animal designs or it will not be considered please.

Nice to have

• Mountain, euro skull/ head of sheep with horns, horizon sunset/sunrise, float plane

Should not have

• Clutter, too much color. Star too obvious or central.
