Logo Design Brief

Create a fun logo for a kids sports team using the candy "Skittles."
Would like it to be based on the candy wrapper logo used by the candy - a file is attached.
Could be as simple as taking the attached Logo and adding the word "Mighty" in smaller font above the word skittles.
I would also like the ring around the logo to be a bit thicker and bright blue.
