Logo Design Brief

We are a shipyard that repairs and builds large boats up to 200ton. 80% is tug boat repair and building (welding, mechanics, machining, painting), 20% of our business repairs and builds high end luxury yachts. Our current logo (attached) is crisp and professional, but the logo itself very generic marine and it not unique enough to represent Bracewell without the full text. The logo is also too complicated for embroidering, hats, fleece jackets, etc...

We arel ooking for a new logo the is unique to us.. Perhaps use the B in Bracewell? We are both a "hard-core" shipyard and excel at fast, professional, and efficient work "flow"... Trying to find a marine oriented logo that mixes the 3 elements: Bracewell, Boat Repair and/or Building, and Flow/Efficiency. Open to different colour schemes, but logo and text colours must be clean and professional on both White and Black backgrounds (Can invert colours for different backgrounds)... There is a balance between the "hard" shipyard trades, and the "flow" and elegance of a ships curved lines and the flow of bow waves...
