Label Design Brief

I'm needing to recreate a label for a champagne bottle label to give as closing gifts to clients when they purchase a home. Please include the following text "Welcome Home", my initials "P.S", "Established Year", the hashtag #ChamPAYNE and my logo (attached). I prefer to have a black or white background with a crisp, easy to read cursive font similar to the Weller bourbon font. I want it to look as similar of a layout to the Freixenet label as possible
