Logo with cartoon depiction of dog (pic attached)

B&W, character within a circle with writing around circumference.
Ears to extend beyond the circle on both sides.
"PATCHES" must appear, perhaps the year, etc...
Vintage look could be an option... stiching also an option as a border...
Would like picture issued to be used to generate cartoon image, should be realistic.
