Tattoo Design Brief

I want this to be placed on my arm to shoulder as a sleeve. I’d like it to start with a man looking up at a pathway that shows all his challenges he’s gonna face, I would like the man (myself) to be facing up at the top of it. I want him to look rough like he’s already been through difficult times and have faced a lot of challenges but ready for more. I would like multiple challenges that look difficult some being monsters, demons, creatures and physical obstacles. It would also be cool if you could add some sort of mental obstacles as well. Maybe during the journey going up it shows other people that have failed to make it to the top. The picture I show is an example of what I mean.
