Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a skateboard apparel company called "Room 13 Co. Skate Board Apparel"

We are planing on making clothes: t shirts, tank tops, sweaters, hats beanies/toque, socks, shorts and pants with our logo on it for skateboarders.
As side image we would like is a cartoon mouse riding a skateboard. This does not need to be on our main logo. But would be more of a secondary logo.
